Step 1: Tell Us What You Need

Step 2: Receive Your Booking Proposal
We’ll confirm availability and send you a clear, itemised quote for accommodation that meets your requirements — including all amenities and services.
Step 3: Get Onboarded & Sign the Agreement
To activate payment terms, we’ll complete a simple onboarding process:

Submit a short client onboarding form

Review and sign our commercial booking agreement (detailing terms, cost, and deadlines)

Provide basic company verification (e.g. Companies House registration or director ID)
Step 4: Your Team Checks In — You Pay Later
Once everything’s agreed, your team will move in and we’ll issue an invoice with your approved payment window:

£7,000–£12,000 bookings: 7-day terms

£12,000–£30,000 bookings: 20-day terms
Even last-minute bookings qualify for these terms.
